Heather Menicucci

Heather is the producer of Howcast.com’s Emerging Directors Program and the author of Let’s Get Primitive: The Urban Girl’s Guide to Camping. She’s been cooking up this culinary adventure and documentary for quite a while and is thrilled to kick it off at the Renegade Craft Fair. Heather loves food media almost as much as she loves food. 1 Bite 7 Days is one of many projects she hopes to create melding the two.
Erin King
Chef/Producer
Erin was born and raised in Xenia, Ohio and has always been a hands on sort of girl. After studying printmaking and sculpture in college, she moved to Boston and spent 7 years drawing people’s conversations for a business consulting practice. Last year she decided to quit her job, move to New York City and enroll in culinary school. She’ll be graduating from the French Culinary Institute this summer. 1 Bite 7 Days marks her entry into the hands on world that is food and film.

that sounds very interesting….. 1 bite 7 days is really different and a good way for people to try new foods.

Need an editor? I live and work in Colorado. I have been in the video industry for 23 years, for the past 13 I have been an editor for the cable channel starz (starz.com). I am passionate borderline obsessive about food and this sounds really cool! In any event, good luck!
