Some of you may have had this fish, but I had just recently seen it on 2 menus. My hesitation in trying it was that everytime I read it, I thought of Red Tide (yuck) which I had experienced on a previous ocean vacation. Well, I ate it and it was delicious...a grouper type fish but even more tender. With my 7 days, I have decided to learn 7 new things (haven't made a final decision on the 7)...which might include cooking a exotic new dish or perhaps learn more Spanish (my Spanglish needs some work.)
